Hydration
A good rule of thumb is to drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily. Adding nutrients energizes filtered water and hydrates every cell in the body.
Detoxification
The body has a natural process. We don’t have to tell the body to detoxify. We only have to assist the body’s design by eating nutrient-dense foods and whole food supplements.
Rest
The body has a daily two-phase cycle. The daytime active phase and the nighttime healing phase. Possibly the most important if the 7 Laws of Wellness.
Faith in God
Studies show a remarkable difference in people who have a strong spiritual belief. 99% of all illness is due to an emotional conflict or prolonged stress.
Exercise and Oxygen
A minimum of 30 minutes a day for the rest of your life! Rebounding and walking for lymphatic drainage; resistance training for strength and yoga for relaxation.
